Job summary

AMD Singapore Signal Integrity team ensures the performance of products through silicon, package and platform electrical design, providing design support to engineering teams for current and forward-looking product development and design optimization.

You will design and characterize high-speed signaling and power delivery networks across package, connector and board, collaborating with AMD teams and customers to drive optimal engineering decisions and efficient problem solving.

Qualifications

Experience in packaging, cable, socket or connector and board design for signal integrity.
Experience in measurement tools VNA, TDR and high-speed oscilloscope.
Experience in test board design, measurement fixtures and de-embedding methodologies.
Experience in analog & impedance characterization and processing of s-parameters.

Responsibilities

Design and characterize signal integrity for packaging, cables, connectors and boards.
Perform electrical design and characterization of high-speed signaling and power delivery networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive optimal engineering decisions.
Apply EM theory and impedance analysis to optimize designs.
