Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent experience preferred; bachelor’s or master’s with 5+ years lab experience in molecular biology or related field.
• 5+ years of practical application experience in providing applications trainings and support in experimental design and troubleshooting NGS.
• Familiar with bioinformatics software and NGS applications in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific support and workflow optimization across pre- and post-sales for sequencing lab systems.
• Drive technical support, troubleshoot platform-specific chemistry or hardware challenges, and train affiliates.
• Coordinate application training and demonstrations; report to the Application Consulting Team Manager.
