Responsibilities

Execute mRNA sequencing experiments on Illumina and Oxford Nanopore platforms (>60% bench work).
Plan and run sequencing experiments for nucleic acids and mRNA, including data interpretation and reporting.
Develop and transfer NAT-based analytical methods; ensure QbD in assay development.
Collaborate with bioinformatics team to build workflows; present findings to stakeholders.
