Job summary

Everlife Research Instruments in Singapore is seeking a Field Application Specialist to bridge our biotechnology products with customers, delivering expert application guidance and technical support for genomics workflows.

You will train customers, troubleshoot, and support sales with demonstrations while staying current on industry trends and competitor technologies. A strong emphasis on independent work and collaboration is required.

Qualifications

Degree in Biomedical Science, Genomics, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or related field (MSc/PhD preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Knowledge of short-/long-read sequencing, qPCR, dPCR and lab automation.

Responsibilities

Conduct customer training and application support.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for genomics workflows and products.
Conduct customer training and application support.
Support sales teams with product demonstrations and technical discussions.
Serve as the technical expert for assigned products.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor technologies.
Work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
