Job summary

Silicon Box Inc. is seeking a Production Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and control of semiconductor production flow.

You will manage a team of production controllers and coordinate with Customer Service, Engineering, NPI, Procurement, Warehouse and Manufacturing to ensure on‑time delivery and optimal WIP health. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in complex multi‑product semiconductor environments, with a strong track record in planning, MRP, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities are required.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management across functions are essential.
• Leadership capability with a results‑driven mindset and deadline discipline.
• Experience with SAP planning and MRP modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the master production schedule (MPS) aligning sales orders and demand with fab capacity.
• Oversee production control and line schedules to manage WIP flow and inventory turns.
• Lead S&OP, WIP and delivery-gap meetings with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive KPIs: moves, cycle time, and shipment commitments; ensure due dates.
• Develop dashboards/reports with the data‑team to visualize fab performance.
