in Singapore is seeking a Production Control Manager to lead planning, scheduling and control of production flow, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal WIP health across multi-product lines. You will manage a team of production controllers and collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering, NPI, Procurement and Warehouse to align demand with fab capacity and drive data-driven visibility of performance.

Formación

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field.
8+ years in semiconductor production control; 2+ years in supervisor/leadership.
5+ years of production control experience; 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

Own the master production schedule (MPS), aligning orders with fab capacity.
Oversee production control and line schedules to manage WIP and inventory turns.
Drive KPIs: on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and flow efficiency.
Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Engineering, NPI, Procurement and Warehouse.
Develop dashboards and reports visualizing fab performance.
Lead, coach and develop the production control team.
