Silicon Box Inc in Singapore is seeking a Production Controller to coordinate and plan the manufacturing line to meet ship commitments and generate clear performance reports for management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in semiconductor production, a degree, and hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, and KPI-driven production control to optimize WIP and on-time delivery.

This role requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work closely with manufacturing and reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in semiconduction production.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Strong analytical skills and initiative.
Experience with SAP and MS Excel / PowerPoint.
Good understanding of line move, cycle time and customer delivery.

Responsabilités

Coordinate materials planning and production schedules to control WIP flow and inventory turns.
Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules as necessary.
Drive manufacturing to achieve KPIs such as move, cycle time, and shipment commitments.
Assess and commit for qual and expedite lots.
Maintain demand management master plan.
Collaborate with the reporting team to visualize fab performance.
