Responsibilities

• Plan materials and production schedules to control WIP and inventory turns.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks and adjust schedules.
• Drive KPIs such as move, cycle time, and on-time delivery.
• Assess and commit to urgent lots and expediting needs.
• Maintain demand management master plan and optimize material flow.
• Collaborate with production and reporting teams to visualize fab performance.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

• Responsible for materials planningandproduction planning schedules to controlWIPflow, including Forecasting,Urgentlots, MRP, Engineering Changeand Inventory Turns.

• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, andmake adjustments toschedules as necessary.

• Drive Manufacturing to achieve the KPIs such as Move, C/T, shipment commits.

• Assess and providecommitfor qual andexpeditelots.

• Responsible for inventory management(Raw/WIP/FG and obsolete parts)tooptimizematerial flow.

• Responsible formaintainingdemand management master plan.

• DriveOperationteam to meetthe customerdelivery with clear directions and instructions.

• Constantly check andidentifiedgaps/improvements in Fab capability vs planned capacity requirement, to achieve andmaintainLinelinearity.

• Work with the reporting team toestablisha comprehensive report to enable clear visualization ofthefabperformance.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience insemiconductorproduction.

• Min.Degreequalification and above.

• Positive and can-do attitude as well as willingness to accept challenges.

• Demonstrate commitment towork andgood analytical skillsandinitiative.

• Experience in SAP and Excel Macro, MSExcelandPowerpointsoftware.

• Good factoryknowledgee.g.relationship between line move, cycletimeand customer delivery.
