Job summary

Silicon Box Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive daily targets on the production line, ensure SOP compliance, and uphold a safety-first mindset.

You will lead operations, present daily production indices at module meetings, coordinate with engineering and other departments, manage staff scheduling and training, and champion 6S and Kaizen initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of semiconductor production experience.
• Diploma qualification or above.
• Willing to work in shifts and in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Command and control the operations in the production line.
• Present daily production indices in module meetings and highlight priorities for the Engineering Team.
• Analyze WIP to minimize constraints in equipment, process, or manpower.
• Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity to meet standard cycle time.
• Address issues that affect bottlenecks by working with various departments.
• Drive for continuous improvement in the line.
• Actively lead and participate in 6S and kaizen events.
• Recommend and implement measures to motivate employees and to encourage employees to suggest improvements to process, quality, safety and efficiency.
• Responsible for staff scheduling to include work assignments/rotations, employee training, shift rotations.
• Resolve or address production problems as they arise.
• Counsel and discipline production employees who fail to perform or violate company policies.
