Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of procurement experience including inventory planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing from supplier sourcing to contract negotiation.
• Negotiate commercial terms covering specs, quality, pricing, delivery, and SLAs.
• Manage purchasing for operational and project needs (consumables, MRO, parts).
• Build demand and sourcing plans with forecasting, material planning, and inventory control.
• Review requests for new parts/materials and assess alternatives.
• Onboard suppliers and enable systems with due diligence.
• Raise and track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate issue resolution to address quality or supply disruptions.
• Act as procurement lead for major initiatives and strategic supplier engagements.
• Support management reporting, supplier development, and procurement improvements.
• Drive cross-functional risk mitigation to strengthen supply resilience.
• Perform other tasks aligned to procurement operations and governance.
