Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Procurement Executive to oversee procurement operations. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end direct procurement activities that support our ASIC and semiconductor design business, while ensuring cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, including sourcing, RFQ, supplier selection, purchase orders, contracts, payment terms, and delivery follow-up.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and service.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable procurement, import/export, and regulatory requirements across the region.
• Review supplier invoices for GST and other indirect tax accuracy and support Finance with audit and compliance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of direct procurement experience, experience in the semiconductor, ASIC, electronics, or high-tech industry is an advantage.
• Experience supporting regional procurement across multiple countries is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
