XINPAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Senior Procurement Executive to oversee end-to-end procurement for our ASIC and semiconductor design business, focusing on cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and strong supplier partnerships.

You will manage regional procurement across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan, lead supplier negotiations, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with procurement and import/export regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of direct procurement experience.
Regional procurement across multiple countries is preferred.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement across Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships for competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and service.
Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies for continuity.
Ensure compliance with procurement, import/export, and regulatory requirements.
Review supplier invoices for GST and support Finance with audit documentation.
