Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience, preferably in semiconductor/high‑tech manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship skills.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers; establish relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favourable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Expand supplier base to reduce risk and secure best value.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and disputes promptly.
• Source and purchase semiconductor materials, spare parts, equipment and services aligning with schedules.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operations.
• Collaborate with quality and engineering to ensure purchased components meet quality standards.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and value engineering to reduce procurement costs.
• Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in semiconductors.
• Develop and implement supply risk mitigation plans.
