Job summary

SSMC (Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte. Ltd.) invites applications for a Senior Engineer in the Integration and Technology Development, Characterization & Electrical Test department to join a diverse team.

You will work on CMOS/Bipolar device measurements, WAT setup, prober recipes, data interpretation, and reliability testing, collaborating with process integration engineers and cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in semiconductor, electronics, physics or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• One year or more experience in WAT or characterization.
• Good interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform CMOS and bipolar device measurements on WAT testers and bench tools.
• Set up WAT program for new tape-outs and optimize tester recipes.
• Interpret device characterization data and collaborate with process integration engineers.
• Contribute to reliability measurements and analyze results.
• Support WAT capacity calculations and WPH considerations.
