Job summary

TOPPAN NEXT TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a technically skilled Product Technical Engineer/ Application Engineer to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support electronic security systems and integrated technology solutions.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operation and timely issue resolution. Key duties include installing and commissioning security systems, diagnosing faults, and documenting maintenance and test results.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/IT or related field.
Experience in technical support, system installation, troubleshooting, or system integration.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for electronic, electrical, hardware, and software issues.
Install, configure, test, and commission security and technology systems.
Support CCTV, biometric, facial recognition, ANPR, access control and related equipment.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
