Job summary

SSR Contract & Technical in Singapore seeks a seasoned Physical Security Systems Support Engineer to service enterprise access control, CCTV/VMS, and integrated security systems in a customer-facing technical role, providing hands-on troubleshooting and proactive system health checks.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to diagnose issues, perform configuration, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance, ensuring uptime, compliance, and security across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in electronic security systems.
• Background with a security systems integrator.
• Hands-on experience with access control, CCTV/VMS, and system troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IP networking within security environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English speaker.
• Must be a resident of Singapore with the right to work there.
