Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking a Network Security Engineer in Singapore to support our largest customers across OSI layers 3, 4 and 7. You will handle complex security incidents, implement DDoS mitigation, and configure protections using Magic Transit, WAF, Rate Limiting, and related Cloudflare tools.

Responsibilities include serving as a trusted advisor, diagnosing network security issues, creating knowledge guides, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Network Security/Technical Support roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers on network security and performance.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues including DDoS, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, and traffic validation.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides for internal and customer use.
• Compare traffic signatures to distinguish valid vs malicious traffic.
• Advise on filtering malicious traffic using Cloudflare tools and rate limiting.
