GenScript Biotech Corp. is seeking a Scientist / Senior Scientist in Protein Sciences in Singapore. You will lead client-facing projects, translating scientific requirements into actionable plans and coordinating with production teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, Bioengineering or related field.
• Experience with high throughput and/or scale-up processes for biologics production.
• Strong client-facing project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in biologics production.
• 2+ years in antibody production, research, or process development.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary client-facing project lead, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines with clients.
• Translate client needs into actionable plans for science and production teams.
• Oversee execution, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results on time and within scope.
