Job summary

Bureau Veritas Buildings & Infrastructure Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation of BIM processes and ensure project-wide compliance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary models across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and M&E disciplines, guiding the project toward successful delivery. Responsibilities include BEP development, construction-stage BIM management, clash detection, and supporting IDD, VDC, and IPD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years BIM management experience with proven BEP delivery.
• At least 3 years managing BIM during construction or BEP delivery.
• Certified BIM Management qualification.
• Strong understanding of Civil & Structural, Architectural, M&E disciplines.
• Proven experience in large-scale or complex projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and related tools.

• Certified BIM Management qualification.
• Strong understanding of Civil & Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.
• Proven experience in project management and multidisciplinary coordination, preferably on large-scale or complex projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other BIM-related software.
• Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform effectively in fast-paced project environments.
