Job summary

Nippon Builders Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior BIM Lead in Singapore to drive the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling across multiple projects.

You will ensure standards compliance, quality control, and timely delivery while collaborating with design consultants, contractors, and project teams. The role requires leadership in BIM execution, proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD, and a strong background in ISO 19650 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proficient in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 19650 standards and BIM execution planning.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional BIM teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
