Job summary

jcvl pte. ltd. is seeking a senior BIM leader to drive the establishment and implementation of BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks for construction delivery. You will standardize workflows and ensure alignment with project goals and industry standards.

You will coordinate Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical teams to deliver integrated BIM workflows, BIM Execution Plans, and digital data management using Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, IDD, VDC, and IPD.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BIM management experience, including project frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering BIM Execution Plans for construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Certified BIM Management course completed.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks to support construction stage project delivery.


• Develop and deliver Project BIM Execution Plans for construction stage projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.


• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering domains to ensure integrated BIM workflows.


• Manage BIM-related project activities, facilitating collaboration and communication among stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality standards.


• Apply expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools to create and manage digital models and project data.


• Utilize Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) methodologies to enhance project outcomes.


• Oversee project management and coordination tasks for large-scale or complex projects, ensuring BIM integration supports overall project execution.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience in BIM management, including proven capability in establishing BIM processes, procedures, and project frameworks.


• Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience during the construction stage, with successful delivery of at least two Project BIM Execution Plans.


• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or an equivalent relevant discipline.


• Completion of a certified BIM Management course.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong multidisciplinary understanding across Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, and Electrical engineering domains.


• Experience in project management and coordination, preferably in large-scale or complex projects.


• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360, and related BIM tools.


• Practical experience in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
