Job summary

CUTECH QUALITY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced BIM Manager to establish and coordinate BIM processes across Architecture, Structure and MEP during the construction stage.

You will drive project BIM frameworks and ensure model integrity, deliver a construction-stage BIM Execution Plan, and support field teams with Revit, Navisworks and BIM360. Ideal candidates have 5+ years BIM management, a Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering, and a certified BIM Management course;

Qualifications

• 5+ years BIM management experience across Architecture/Engineering/Construction
• Proven track record delivering BIM Execution Plans for construction-stage projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent; BIM Management course completed

Job Description:

• Establish and manage BIM processes, procedures and project frameworks during the construction stage.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant BIM management experience, including at least 3 years managing BIM during the construction stage with a successful track record delivering at least 1 Project BIM Execution Plan for a construction-stage project.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or equivalent.
• Completed a certified BIM Management course.
• Strong multidisciplinary understanding across C&S, Architectural andM&E.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 and related tools.
• Practical experience in IDD, VDC and IPD.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
