RAPID (SG) SCAFFOLDING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an energetic Sales Manager to lead commercial sales and rental operations in scaffolding, formwork, and temporary works solutions.

You will drive business development, manage client relationships, and grow revenue in Singapore's construction market. The role includes developing targeted sales/rental strategies, managing the full sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with project teams to tailor modular

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in the construction industry with proven success in scaffolding, formwork, heavy machinery, or building material sales/rentals.
• Established network with main contractors, subcontractors, and construction stakeholders in Singapore is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial negotiation, client relationship management, and closing skills.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, site operations, and scaffolding/formwork specifications.

• Develop and execute targeted sales and rental strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, infrastructure, and industrial construction projects.
• Expand the client base by networking with main contractors, developers, specialist subcontractors, and engineering consultants.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipelines including lead generation, project site inspections, technical proposal preparation, and contract closing.
• Prepare and deliver competitive quotations, commercial proposals, and rental agreements aligned with project scopes and specifications.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract terms discussions, and dispute resolutions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Oversee account receivables and follow up on payment collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Collaborate with project engineers and operational teams to understand scaffolding technical requirements, load calculations, and site delivery schedules.
• Provide tailored product recommendations such as modular systems, Ringlock, frame systems, metal decks, and couplers based on client site needs.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely equipment delivery, return inspections, and replacement workflows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, raw material price movements, and construction demand in Singapore.
• Utilize ERP/CRM systems to track sales performance, pipeline activity, and submit periodic management reports.
