Qualificações

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B business development experience in building and construction.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities in scaffolding, formwork, and temporary works.
• Map pipeline projects across Singapore’s sectors to engage decision-makers early.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, MSAs, and long-term rental frameworks.
