Job summary

RAPID (SG) SCAFFOLDING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced General Manager to oversee operations, project management, strategic growth, and safety across scaffolding and construction projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize site execution, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure MOM, WSH, and BCA standards are consistently met. The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans for growth in scaffolding and construction.
• Manage daily operations across multiple project sites with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Optimize resource allocation, equipment utilization, and labor planning.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure on-time completion within scope and budget.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiation, subcontracting, and cost-control measures.
• Lead tender submissions, business development, and contract negotiations to win projects.
