Experience with CRM applications and data-driven sales management.
Experience with contractors, developers, or construction sites.
Cost optimization, price management and business development skills.
Extensive network within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Establish PERI as a reliable and high-quality supplier for formwork, shoring and scaffolding systems.
Consistently achieve annual sales turnover target through focused sales execution.
Identifying new potential PERI customers and establish long term relationship.
Develop, maintain and grow turnovers from existing customers.
Develop and maintain a project pipeline for your geographical area of responsibility.
Analyze construction drawings and develop tailored formwork concepts using PERI products during client consultations.
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.
Strong relationship building with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
