Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Lead at the Senior Manager level to drive large-scale HR transformation initiatives and lead the delivery of cloud-based Human Capital Management solutions.

This role combines program leadership, solution architecture, business advisory, and people leadership responsibilities to help organizations transform their HR operations and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, business or a related field.
• 12+ years of SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central.
• Proven track record leading large-scale global HR transformation programs.
• Experience managing executive-level client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central transformation programs.
• Act as the primary client advisor for EC initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Define target operating models, processes and architectures.
• Lead workshops and ensure alignment with leading practices.
• Oversee delivery, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk.
• Mentor consulting teams and drive career growth.
• Collaborate across Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll and integrations.
• Support solutioning, proposals and client thought leadership.
• Evaluate new SAP SF capabilities to enhance value.
