Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, strengthening HR technology strategies across the organization.

You will act as a subject-matter expert, manage end-to-end implementations, and collaborate with HR leaders to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient HR processes. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven SAP SuccessFactors support and implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3–4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with post-go-live support.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Understanding of XML-based configuration and HR system logic.
• Basic knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn new technologies in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance).
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions from end to end.
• Manage complex system issues with minimal disruption to business operations while adhering to service level agreements.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
• Drive initiatives for system optimization, process automation, and improve HR operations continuously.
• Oversee data governance, compliance, and system integrity.
• Manage release cycles, including testing strategies and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
