Job summary

TECHNOCRACY PTE. LTD. leads end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, managing client engagements and gathering business requirements to design and deliver HCM solutions.

The role oversees project execution through deployment and post-go-live support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success. The position requires techno-functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, stakeholder management, testing, training, and release management, with presales

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Certified in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience in client engagements and requirement gathering.
• Ability to design and deliver HCM solutions and support post go-live.

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, managing client engagements, gathering business requirements, designing and delivering HCM solutions, and overseeing project execution through deployment and post-go-live support. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, provides techno-functional expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, manages stakeholders, supports testing, training, release management, and contributes to presales activities while ensuring delivery excellence using Agile methodologies.
