Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP SD Manager–Director to lead large-scale SAP SD/S4HANA transformation programs, steering end-to-end implementation efforts across global client landscapes. You will drive solution strategy, program delivery, and business process transformation while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in SAP SD consulting, implementation, and transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including large-scale deployments.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD and strong knowledge of S/4HANA Sales capabilities.
• Experience managing complex programs with distributed teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP SD and S/4HANA Sales transformation programs across full project lifecycle.
• Drive solution design and architecture across Order-to-Cash processes.
• Manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current-state processes and design future-state operating models.
• Lead workshops, business process reengineering, reviews, and executive discussions.
• Partner with functional/technical teams across SAP modules to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA Sales and industry best practices.
