Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across diverse industries. This role drives end-to-end delivery, manages cross-functional teams, and ensures business transformation delivers measurable client value.

You will shape transformation roadmaps with stakeholders, manage delivery risks, and oversee implementation excellence across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.
• Proven track record managing multi-workstream projects with large, distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP delivery methodologies, governance, risk and budget management.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and translating requirements into delivery outcomes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from strategy to deployment.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, resources, and governance.
• Drive program execution across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Technology.
• Establish stakeholder engagement with client leadership and sponsors.
• Identify risks and changes; ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of consultants, architects, developers, and testers.
• Monitor KPIs and governance; provide visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Support business development including opportunity shaping and proposals.
