Job summary

Accenture PLC in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP SD Manager–Director to lead large-scale SAP Sales and Distribution transformations and end-to-end SAP implementations. This role will drive solution strategy and stakeholder engagement across complex SAP landscapes to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP SD consulting, implementation, and transformation experience.
• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, including large-scale deployments.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD and S/4HANA Sales capabilities.
• Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash process design and optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with distributed teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP SD and S/4HANA Sales transformation programs across full project lifecycle.
• Drive solution design and architecture across Order-to-Cash processes (sales orders, pricing, billing, shipping).
• Manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to meet scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current-state and design future-state operating models.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, business process reengineering, solution reviews, and executive discussions.
• Partner with functional and technical teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on SAP S/4HANA Sales and industry best practices.
• Support business development activities, including solutioning, proposals, and client discussions.
