Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across Supply Chain, Retail, and Enterprise Operations. You will drive strategy, provide executive-level solution architecture leadership, and manage strategic client relationships to support growth and delivery excellence.

The role requires 15+ years in SAP consulting, proven ERP transformation leadership, and a strong track record in multi-country implementations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP consulting and transformation experience.
• Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformation programs.
• Strong background in SAP enterprise transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex SAP implementations across multiple countries.
• Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from strategy through implementation and business adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders on business transformation and technology strategy.
• Drive solution architecture and oversee the design of scalable SAP-enabled business solutions.
• Provide program governance, risk management, and executive-level stakeholder management across complex engagements.
• Lead multi-country and regional SAP implementation programs, ensuring successful delivery and value realization.
• Develop and grow strategic client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion and transformation services.
• Support business development activities, including pursuit leadership, proposal development, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with SAP and alliance partners to strengthen go-to-market offerings and drive pipeline growth.
• Build, coach, and lead high-performing consulting and delivery teams.
