Job summary

Accenture Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Senior Manager to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs across industries. You will shape transformation roadmaps, drive end-to-end delivery, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure measurable client value.

You will work with business stakeholders and executive leadership to manage delivery risks and governance, delivering results with a strong focus on quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
• Experience leading SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven track record in multi-workstream projects with distributed teams.
• Strong SAP delivery governance, risk, budget, and QA practices.
• Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects from strategy to deployment.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, quality, and resources.
• Oversee multi-workstream delivery across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Technology.
• Engage client leadership, project sponsors, and delivery teams with governance.
• Identify risks, dependencies, issues, and change impacts.
• Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, developers, testers, and change management.
• Monitor KPIs and provide visibility to senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development, shaping opportunities and proposals.
