Job summary

AMC seeks an experienced SAP Architect / Senior SAP Consultant to lead SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will design, configure, implement, integrate, test and support enterprise HR/payroll systems, working with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable SAP solutions.

The role covers Employee Central, EC Payroll, PCC, HCM, PA, OM, and TM, with responsibilities spanning blueprinting, testing, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, information systems or related field.
Extensive SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of Employee Central, EC Payroll, PCC, PA, OM, TM.
Experience with integrations between SAP SAP SuccessFactors and other systems.
Certifications in SAP modules aligned with HR/SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
Design SAP HR/payroll configurations and process improvements.
Coordinate data integration and master data replication across systems.
Prepare technical specs, test plans and user training material.
Mentor junior consultants and ensure project timelines are met.
