Job summary

ABeam Consulting, a global professional services leader, seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design and deliver end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical and functional expertise, excels at stakeholder management, and can lead diverse project teams across HR transformations.

Responsibilities include end‑to‑end implementation, integrations with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA, and guidance through blueprinting, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field.
• Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules; Employee Central mandatory.
• Strong HR process knowledge and compliance understanding.
• Experience with integration tools like SAP Integration Suite, Boomi, MuleSoft.
• Hands-on SAP Payroll or S/4HANA integration is a plus.
• 8–12 years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture.
• Proven success delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Experience with global clients and cross-functional teams.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC + another module) required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions across EC, TM, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and more.
• Translate requirements into SAP SuccessFactors-based solutions using best practices.
• Align projects with HR strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Lead project teams through requirements, blueprint, config, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Oversee integrations with payroll and core ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage risk, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor on HR digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end testing, data migration validation, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales and proposals.
