Job summary

g2 comtech asia pte. ltd. seeks an experienced SAP HCM Lead to drive the migration of payroll and time management from ECC to S/4HANA in Singapore. The role requires deep expertise in Singapore payroll compliance and a proven track record with SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management.

You will own Time Management design, SAP SuccessFactors EC integration, and lead parallel runs, data migration, cutover and hyper-care across onshore/offshore teams. Strong workshop facilitation is essential.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years total work experience in HR/IT
• 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management with Singapore payroll exposure
• 2+ years in SuccessFactors EC integration
• Minimum 2 full payroll implementations or migrations

Responsibilities

• Lead lift-and-shift of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Evaluation from ECC to S/4HANA
• Own Time Management design including schemas, schedules, quotas, OT and allowances
• Deliver Singapore statutory payroll (CPF, IRAS, SDL, SHG)
• Design SuccessFactors EC S/4HANA HCM integration and payroll-to-FI/CO interface
• Lead H2E workshops and advise on future HR platform direction (S/4HANA HCM vs. SuccessFactors ECP)
• Lead onshore/offshore payroll & time team through parallel runs, data migration, cutover and hyper-care

Experience:

12–15 years overall, with 8+ years in SAP HCM Payroll & Time Management (Singapore payroll mandatory) and 2+ years on SuccessFactors EC integration; minimum 2 full payroll implementations or migrations.
