You will work with business stakeholders to translate payroll requirements into SAP solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare functional specifications and test scenarios.

This mid-senior role requires 10+ years of SAP HCM experience and hands-on SAP Payroll expertise.

• Strong SAP HCM and payroll knowledge
• Hands-on SAP Payroll (PY) experience preferred

• Support end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementation, enhancement and support activities.
• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll processes and related HCM functionalities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand payroll requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Support payroll configuration, testing, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage integration across SAP HCM modules.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and transformation activities.
• Ensure payroll processes meet local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios and supporting documentation.
