Job summary

HR Services in Singapore is seeking an experienced Hair Salon Operations Director to oversee day-to-day operations of our premium hair salon and ensure smooth, efficient, high-quality service delivery.

The successful candidate will lead salon operations, staff management, customer experience and drive business performance through operational development. Mandarin ability is optional and not required for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in salon or service operations management.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage daily operations and staff.
• Strong customer service focus and sales performance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hair salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise salon staff and coordinate daily schedules.
• Monitor service standards, staff performance and productivity.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client experience.
• Monitor sales and service revenue against targets.
• Support staff training, development and performance management.
• Manage inventory and salon supplies; liaise with suppliers.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives to grow the business.
