Qualifications

• 2–4 years as a Salon Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Lead Beautician.
• Diploma or professional certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Manage staff schedules, shift rotations, and daily appointments.
• Monitor inventory and handle reordering and stock takes.
• Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the salon.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor beauticians, therapists, and reception staff.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Train staff on advanced beauty techniques, customer service etiquette, and product knowledge.
• Resolve internal staff conflicts and maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Drive salon revenue by upselling beauty packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Assist management in designing and executing promotional campaigns and marketing strategies.
• Analyze sales data and prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
