Job summary

Qualifications

• Managing and supervising salon staff members, ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their job responsibilities.
• Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure clients receive high-quality services and support. Responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client complaints or concerns.
• Responsible for developing marketing and advertising campaign strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
• Responsible for business development and promotion.
• Ensure that facilities are kept safe, clean, and well maintained, and all equipment is in good working order
• Ensure that the Salon is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
