golden dragon human resources is seeking a capable Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations in Singapore. You will lead a team, schedule staff, and coordinate service delivery to ensure smooth, efficient performance.

You will manage customer appointments, handle feedback, monitor sales and expenses, oversee inventory, and implement promotions. You will train staff, uphold cleanliness and safety, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Formación

• Experience managing a hair salon or in the hairdressing industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of hair salon services, products, and day-to-day operations.
• Ability to manage staff, address customer concerns, and monitor sales.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the hair salon.
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate salon staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage customer appointments, walk-ins, and service bookings.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, daily transactions, and salon expenses.
• Manage inventory, hair products, and salon supplies.
• Develop promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
• Train, motivate, and guide staff to maintain service quality and productivity.
• Ensure the salon maintains proper cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
