Job summary

Grabber Technology Solutions (GTS) is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst embedded in Grab's Commercial Systems to translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will shape upstream demand, align with partners, and guide delivery through the full Salesforce lifecycle.

Qualifications

Translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Lead UAT and SIT readiness with QA, business owners, and developers.
Shape upstream demand and align with partners across delivery cycles.
Manage backlog grooming and prioritisation using impact–effort frameworks.

Responsibilities

Engage with partners to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Document BRDs, user stories, process flows, and specs; manage backlog grooming and prioritisation.
Lead UAT and SIT readiness with QA and developers.
Identify bottlenecks, propose automation opportunities, streamline configurations to reduce technical debt.
Handle configuration tasks including flows, validation rules, security, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
