Job summary

Base Camp Digital is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture, solution design, integration, and implementation of Salesforce platforms. You will collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scalable, secure solutions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role demands hands-on Salesforce expertise and the ability to shape architecture across core modules, APIs, and enterprise

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of IT experience with Salesforce architecture experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: Profiles, Permissions, Roles, Flows, Page Layouts, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Triggers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full project lifecycle: analysis, design, architecture, planning.
• Define and oversee overall Salesforce architecture.
• Design scalable, secure, high-performing systems.
• Lead architecture and development of core platform functions.
• Monitor performance, stability, and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Oversee integrations with third-party apps and APIs.
• Produce architecture and design documentation.
