Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead end‑to‑end solution design across Salesforce clouds and adjacent systems. You will define governance, patterns, and review gates, guiding cross‑functional teams through architecture, integration, and data migration efforts.

The role blends hands‑on technical leadership with stakeholder advisory, governance, and coaching of team leads, requiring deep Salesforce expertise and DevOps know‑how for secure, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery with 8+ years Salesforce projects.
• Experience across presales and implementation for medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security, data modelling, and performance.
• DevOps and release management expertise (SFDX, pipelines).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across clouds and integrations.
• Define governance, patterns, and review gates; act as design authority.
• Lead technical workshops and guide dev teams through delivery and QA.
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
