Job summary

Base Camp is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect in Singapore to lead the technical architecture, solution design, integration, and implementation of Salesforce‑based platforms and applications.

The successful candidate will work with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scalable and secure technical solutions, provide architectural guidance, and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of IT experience with hands‑on Salesforce architect experience.
• Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge (Profiles, Roles, Flows, Reports/Dashboards, Workflows).
• Hands-on Apex development (Classes and Triggers).
• Experience with Visualforce, LWC, and front‑end tech (HTML5, CSS3, JS).
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third‑party APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control; knowledge of architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle: analysis, design, architecture, and implementation planning.
• Define and oversee Salesforce solution architecture and related applications.
• Design scalable, secure, high‑performing systems.
• Lead architecture and development of core platform functions.
• Monitor performance, stability, and reliability; resolve complex issues.
• Provide technical guidance to development teams; ensure standards.
• Maintain technical design, development, and implementation documentation.
• Evaluate risks and support key technical decisions.
• Design and oversee Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems.
