Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.

• Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders.
• Presales support and client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to design and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions. The role requires strong capabilities in functional and technical solutioning, system integration, and Salesforce platform design, with supporting involvement in presales activities.

The consultant will work independently with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and practical Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Lead requirements gathering and translate requirements into functional and technical designs
• Define integration solutions across Salesforce and external systems
• Recommend OOTB vs customized solutions based on Salesforce best practices
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and solution documentation
• Provide functional and technical guidance to developers and delivery teams
• Support configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and issue resolution

Presales Support

• Support discovery and solutioning activities for Salesforce opportunities
• Contribute to solution approaches, effort estimation, and proposal development
• Provide technical and functional inputs for proposals and client presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Proven ability to independently deliver functional and technical Salesforce workstreams
• Strong technical understanding of: Apex, OmniStudio, Salesforce APIs, middleware, and system integrations, Data architecture and integration patterns, Salesforce configuration, customization, and extension approaches.
• Strong experience across at least 2 of the following key Salesforce areas: Service Cloud including Agentforce, Sales Cloud including Agentforce, Marketing Cloud & Data 360, or any industry clouds
• Hands-on experience in solution design and system integration
• Ability to lead requirements discussions and work directly with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience preparing functional specifications, technical specifications, and solution designs
• Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience is highly preferred.
