Qualifications

• 8+ years Salesforce consulting and implementation experience.
• Independent delivery of Salesforce workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, OmniStudio and APIs.
• Experience with integration and data architecture.
• Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders.
• Presales support and client-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Define integration solutions across Salesforce and external systems.
• Recommend OOTB vs customized solutions based on Salesforce best practices.
• Prepare functional and technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to developers and delivery teams.
• Support configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and issue resolution.
• Presales support: discovery, solutioning, effort estimation, proposals.
• Provide inputs for proposals and client presentations.
