Job summary

SOURCEFORCE PTE. LTD. seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance secure, scalable citizen-facing applications and agency case management portals on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work within an Agile delivery team to translate public sector requirements into robust, cloud-native solutions.

You will be responsible for custom development (Apex, LWC), system integrations, and declarative configurations while ensuring strict adherence to security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.
• Experience delivering complex solutions on Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain custom applications across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.
• Develop programmatic logic using Apex and build modern, responsive UIs with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Implement automated business workflows leveraging Salesforce Flows and declarative platform features.
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agency Stakeholders to refine user stories and technical specifications.
• Assist in production support, performance optimization, and bug fixing during SIT/UAT.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and enhance secure, scalable citizen-facing applications and agency case management portals on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will work within an Agile delivery team to translate public sector requirements into robust, cloud-native solutions.

You will be responsible for custom development (Apex, LWC), system integrations, and declarative configurations while ensuring strict adherence to security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Development & Configuration:

  • Design, build, and maintain custom applications across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions.

  • Develop programmatic logic using Apex (Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex) and build modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Implement automated business workflows leveraging Salesforce Flows and declarative platform features.

• Collaborative Delivery:

  • Work closely with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and Agency Stakeholders to refine user stories and technical specifications.

  • Assist in production support, performance optimization, and bug fixing during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce application development.

  • Demonstrated track record delivering complex solutions on Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or Experience Cloud.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

  • Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and integration patterns.

  • Good foundation in web development standards (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git version control, and CI/CD automated deployment workflows.

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
