Job summary

QUANTUM INFOTECH SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for the Next Generation Case Management Platform in a public sector context. You will work with Architects, Product Managers, BAs, QA, and UX to deliver in agile sprints.

You will apply Apex, LWC, Flows, Omnistudio, and REST/SOAP/MuleSoft integrations to meet requirements, with a focus on security, performance, and maintainability across environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 6 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and Administrator.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, Flows and automation tools.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft integration.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and related platform capabilities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and governance.
• Comfort working in Agile environments with Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop using Apex, LWC, Flows, and custom objects with robust validation rules.
• Implement Omnistudio components and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft).
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Managers, BAs and QA in Agile sprints.
• Create technical designs, unit tests, and deployment procedures.
• Ensure platform stability, security, and optimal performance.
